Tanggal 27 Nopember 2013, sekolah SMP Negeri 4 Kuta Selatan mendapatkan kunjungan dari East Spring Secondary School Singapore. East Spring Secondary School Singapore mendatangi SMP Negeri 4 Kuta Selatan dalam rangka studi banding. Dalam kesempatan kali ini guru pendamping dari East Spring Secondary Singapore berjumlah 3 orang dan siswa sebanyak 25 orang.

SMP Negeri 4 Kuta Selatan menjadi tujuan studi banding mereka karena mereka menganggap SMP Negeri 4 Kuta Selatan merupakan SMP yang sudah banyak memiliki prestasi dalam bidang akedemis maupun non akademis. Hal ini mereka lihat dari blog SMP Negeri 4 Kuta Selatan.

East Spring Secondary School Singapore disambut dengan tarian maskot sekolah SMP Negeri 4 Kuta Selatan, yaitu “TARI SEKAR DWI NUSA” yang ditarikan langsung oleh siswi SMP Negeri 4 Kuta Selatan. Setelah itu pemberian sambutan dari masing-masing guru dan pertukaran cindera mata dari masing-masing sekolah. Siswi-siswi SMP Negeri 4 Kuta selatan dan East Spring Secondary School Singapore menunjukan kemampuan mereka dalam bernyanyi.
